They were kind and patient and always gave us good advice. Never tried to sell us a house we didn't want. When we were selling our house with them the sprinkler broke and they came out and fixed it for us.
Sherry was amazing and responsive.

We were still overseas when we contacted Sherry about buying a house in Sierra Vista. Both she and Dion took the time to meet with us on Zoom and answered our many questions about the area. A family member happened to be in the area before we arrived and Sherry and Dion were very helpful in telling them about the different neighborhoods and offering to look at places with them to help us with our search. When we arrived in the area, they took us to several houses and really got to know what we were looking for, narrowing the search until we found the right place. We're sure that if it had not been for Sherry really knowing both the Sierra Vista realty market and what we were looking for, we wouldn't have found our house. They really went the extra mile to help us find our new home!

Always there to answer questions even though the financing was a less than good experience.
I called Sherry Ethell late on a Sunday afternoon eager to make an offer on a property that had come back on the market.
The next day Monday, the offer was in, and it was accepted on Tuesday. Sherry did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and concerns, and proactively addressing any problems with the transaction. For example, Sherry adjusted the default clause in the contract that raised the limit for septic repairs from 1% ($600) to $2000.00. This turned out to be prescient, as repairs to the septic system totaled more than the default amount allowed in the purchase agreement. Dion was also fantastic. He took detailed photos of the property, and later sent me videos of drought stricken trees. He was also quite accurate in his descriptions of traffic levels, crime rate(which is low), and other characteristics of the neighborhood, area, and property. I would recommend Sherry and Dion enthusiastically and without reservation.
Knowing that we were visiting from out of town, Sherry made herself available to us on very short notice.
She helped us find a wonderful house and write an offer that same day. Thanks to her hard work, the home buying process went smoothly and we now own a beautiful home!
